This policy explains what information MuMu’s Dispensary collects through this website, why we collect it, and how it is used. It applies to the website and to pickup reservations placed through it.
What we collect
When you reserve an order for pickup we ask for:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The pickup location you choose
- The products, sizes and quantities you reserve
- An optional order note, if you add one
- Your confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older
WooCommerce, the ordering system behind this website, stores this information together with the order details, the date and time of the reservation, and the status of the order.
If you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, phone number or email address, and message you enter, and which store you chose to send it to.
Why we collect it
We use this information to prepare your pickup order, to contact you about it, and to let you know when it has been confirmed and is ready. We may call or email you if something in your order is unavailable or if we have a question about it. Your age confirmation is recorded because MuMu’s serves adults 21 and over only, and valid ID is checked at pickup.
Pickup orders
Submitting a pickup order is a reservation request. Nothing is charged online. Your order details are shared with the MuMu’s store you selected so the team there can confirm and prepare it. Payment is made in person at the store.
Order emails
When you place a pickup order we send you an email confirming that we received it, and another when it is ready for pickup. These are transactional messages about your order, not marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses the cookies needed for the ordering system to work, such as remembering the items in your pickup order and keeping your session while you reserve. We do not currently run advertising or third-party analytics tracking on this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
How long we keep information
Order information is kept in our ordering system for as long as we need it to run the business, answer questions about past orders and meet our record-keeping obligations. Contact-form messages are kept in the inbox they were sent to.
Sharing
Your information is used by MuMu’s and the service providers that host this website and deliver our email. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about your orders, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are able to. To do so, reach us through the contact page or call the store you ordered from.

We may update this policy as the website changes. The date below shows when it was last revised.
